Medical responsibility
These instruction sessions are her responsibility at ON7
At ON7, all infection protection instruction sessions under §§ 42, 43 IfSG are carried out under the medical responsibility of Dr. med. Milena Robinzonov:
Why a physician is responsible for an online instruction session
The instruction under § 43 IfSG may not be carried out by just anyone. Responsibility lies with the public health office (Gesundheitsamt) or a physician it has mandated. This mandate is a formal administrative act: the public health office reviews the physician's qualification and expressly transfers the task. Without it, a certificate is worthless - no matter how professional the website looks.
That is exactly why a named specialist in occupational medicine stands behind every instruction session at ON7, mandated by two public health offices (Gesundheitsämter) and listed in the publicly viewable physician list of the City of Munich. You can verify this information yourself before you book - and so can your employer or the public health office.
The initial instruction is valid without a time limit. However, under § 43 para. 4 IfSG your employer must repeat the instruction at least every two years and document your participation. You can also complete this follow-up instruction online.
